Dr. Christina Puchalski, published A TIME FOR LISTENING AND CARING – SPIRITUALITY AND THE CARE OF THE CHRONICALLY ILL AND DYING, to which Bethe contributed chapter 19.  Dr. Puchalski was at the time director of the George Washington Institute of Spirituality and Medicine, and is also an associate professor at GWU medical center.
